Most people look outside themselves when it comes to controlling emotions. An emotion is any feeling you experience that moves through your body. ALL emotions are caused by the thoughts we have in our head. If we control all the thoughts in our minds, then isn’t fair to say that we also have the ability to control how we feel about a situation?
When you believe someone else is responsible for the way you feel then you have no control in your life and the other person has total control. You may feel like you have been emotionally hijacked and your world may feel out of control. When you take back that control, you also take back control of your life.
By changing your thoughts… You alter your feelings… And ultimately Change Your Life!!!
